Posters: width 90 cm, height 120 cm.

Guidelines for abstract submission:
MS Word, single-spaced, font size 11 font Times New Roman, up to 2500 characters including spaces. Title should be typed in all capitals and bold face. Abstract submission deadline: September 1, 2026

The organizers reserve the right to place a submission either as an oral communication or poster. Information on the acceptance of a lecture or a poster will be sent to the presenting author by: September 14, 2026.
REGISTRATION FORMS
Registration for participation is only possible online on this website until capacity is reached.
After the capacity in the reservation system is exhausted, the organizer cannot guarantee active participation with the inclusion of a message in the conference program, obtaining materials, participation in the accompanying program. Confirmation of registration will be sent immediately after filling out the registration form (if necessary, please check your bulk mail or spam folder).

The registration fee includes participation in the professional program including the company exhibition, press materials, lunch on October 9, 2026, and refreshments during breaks.
Please pay the registration fee based on the advance invoice sent after your registration (see the attachment to the registration confirmation email). All conference participants must be registered. All paying participants will be issued an advance invoice and an invoice for participation in the professional event will be sent after the conference.
SOCIAL EVENING
It will take place on October 9, 2026 in the restaurant of Hotel Flora, Krapkova, Olomouc. Please indicate your interest in participating in the social evening when registering.
MEALS
At the conference venue, light refreshments and drinks will be available for participants throughout the conference, and lunch will also be provided on October 9, 2026.
ACCOMMODATION
Each participant arranges their own accommodation according to their own preferences and needs. Accommodation is not included in the fee.
CANCELLATION
Registration can be cancelled before the event by clicking on the link in the email confirming registration for the event. Refunds are governed by the Terms and Conditions - marketing events organized by the Olomouc University Hospital, which are part of the registration. Requests for refunds must be sent to the email: marketing@fnol.cz. The following cancellation fees apply: cancellation of registration within 30 days before the event date - no cancellation fee, cancellation of registration within 14 days before the event date - 50% cancellation fee, cancellation within a shorter period of time or failure to appear at the event - 100% cancellation fee, but we will send materials from the conference.
